How to Apply

Once students have accepted their Offer of Admission and cleared all academic conditions (if any), they should proceed to make payment for their Student Visa annual fee.

To avoid delay, students should ensure that all documents required for their Student Visa application are complete.

In the unlikely event that a student’s visa application is unsuccessful, the 70% of the visa fee will be refunded.

Student Visa Requirements

Students who require a Student Visa through Nest Academy Dubai will require the following:

1.Completed Application Form

2.Completed Terms & Conditions and Student Undertaking Letter

3.Six (6) coloured passport-sized photographs with a white background. For visa application forms submitted via email students will be required to submit one (1) scanned coloured passport-sized photograph (remaining photographs will be collected at a later stage)

4.For students currently in the UAE

1. 1. • Copy of tourist visa, visit visa or previous visa cancellation paper; and

      • Clear coloured copy of front and back of Emirates ID (if available)

5.Clear coloured passport copy (passport must be valid for one year)

6.Copy of fee receipts

• Admission Application fee of AED 365 (USD 100)

• Student Visa fee of AED 4,100 (USD 1,100)

7.If you are below 18 years old, Immigration requires a Non-Objection Certificate from your parents attested by the UAE Embassy in your home country.

Students should be aware that to avoid any delay in their application they must ensure that all documents are fully complete. Please be aware that fees are subject to change.

Students are requested to ensure they have adequate medical/travel insurance in Dubai until their student visa has been issued.
